Shipping policy

 

At our Magnolia Pet, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping for our customers. That’s why we have established the following shipping policy to ensure a seamless experience for our customers when ordering from us. Holidays may affect the shipping times. 

Shipping multiple products will ship separately.  Sometimes we ship from multiple vendors on your order. This will cause each item to ship separately. 

Some of our products have Tariffs delays in shipping, please be patient as we navigate these new waters with all the regulations. :(

Our handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday)

Transit time: 7-15 business days (Monday - Friday)

Order Cut of time: 6 PM PSD

Shipping Fee

Order 0-64.99 USD =  $3.95 USD

65 and Above = Free Shipping

Tracking Information

We will provide tracking information for every order once it has been shipped. You can track your order on the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. 

***We have found some tracking companies say it is delivered but in actual it will arrive 1-2 days later, for whatever reason.  

Custom Fees and Duties

Please be aware that some orders may be subject to custom fees and duties, which are imposed by the destination country. These fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.

Delivery Attempts

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, they may make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at their facility. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a full refund or replace the product, if possible.
